Returns & Exchanges

JW Anderson offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain items, such as pierced jewelry and intimate apparel, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring the return pro-forma invoice is included inside.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the pre-paid DHL shipping label provided with your original order to the outside of the parcel, covering any previous tracking information.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at a local DHL service point or schedule a collection via the DHL website to track your return back to our warehouse.
