MORRIS ARMCHAIR IN BLACK

Crafted in East Sussex, England, by Jason Mosseri, these handmade chairs are grounded in the traditional aesthetic of historic chairmaking. Using timber sourced in estates local to his East Sussex studio, Jason Mosseri has handcrafted six unique chair styles. Jason Mosseri learned his craft from the renowned chair maker, Curtis Buchanan, from the United States. MosseriÍs work reflects an eclectic design lineage. An elegant but simply designed chair, crafted by hand. Seat formed in locally sourced elm, ash, oak and chestnut timber, with ash spindles. Black painted, revealed hardwood seats, with a satin sheen finish.
